This Shipping Policy explains how RiseUp Supplements (riseupsupps.com) delivers orders inside Egypt.
Where we ship
We ship to all governorates in Egypt. We do not ship outside Egypt at the moment.
Shipping cost
- A flat delivery fee of EGP 50 applies to every order, to any governorate in Egypt.
- The delivery fee is shown clearly in the cart and at checkout before you place your order.
Processing and delivery time
- Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp and handed to our delivery partner within 1 business day after confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your governorate.
- Business days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding official public holidays.
Payment
All orders are paid with Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier the order total (products + delivery fee) when you receive your order.
Order tracking and delays
We will contact you to confirm your order and delivery date. If your order is delayed, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will follow up with the courier.
Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If a product is damaged, has a broken seal or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no extra cost. See our Return & Exchange Policy.
